First time staying here and everything was Superb!! The General Manager is truly wonderful, she was very attentive to all guests, caring, friendly, respectful demeanor, and hard working, props to her. The staff was great as well as room, and location of hotel. I truly recommend this hotel stay, and look forward to staying again. Thank you !
We had reservations at another hotel, but unexpectedly found ourselves needing a different place. Austii was working the front desk and was so helpful in getting us two rooms beside each other and helping us get a discount on them! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. If we’re ever back in Round Rock, this is where we’ll be staying.
This hotel is located right off of I-35. It's a great located with lots of restaurants and stores near by. They offer a free breakfast every morning.
The staff was amazing our whole trip! Super personable and made the stay 10x better. Austii checked us in and was especially great! The room was clean and the breakfast was good too! Would likely come back to this location based off of staff alone, though.
We had a pleasant two night stay at this hotel, thanks to the awesome exceptional front desk worker. Austii, the morning shift receptionist, was very incredibly friendly and welcoming, and her manager Terry ensured everything went well. The evening shift receptionist, Robby, also provided an excellent accommadation for the room upon our arrival in the Round Rock area. Overall both of them have an upstanding professionalism and friendliness that made our stay a truly enjoyable exception. Highly recommend staying in this area.
Bottom line. Great people, clean, good breakfast, safe area, shopping nearby, fair price. We recently stayed here for three weeks and had a great experience. First, everyone working there was so great. I could call out several whose names I know but that just wouldn’t be fair because everybody was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast every morning changed and was much to my liking and, like I said, the folks working there were on top of everything. I especially liked the biscuits and gravy. The facility isn’t new but the cleaning staff keep it sparkling clean. Regarding the room, everything is clean and the bed is very comfortable. There are some nits that are out of control of the onsite management. This is a nice, mid priced hotel that is attractive to a lot of travelers. It’s in a safe location within walking distance to lots of shopping/restaurants and Dell computer. The Marriott Corp should invest in this gem by updating the furniture and appliances throughout if our room was representative of the rest. Our sofa bed and fridge has seen better days. Another addition that would make a huge difference would be the addition of a covered area near the pool. This is Texas in the summertime.
IF YOU EVER WANT TO GET AWAY? THIS IS THE PLACE. VERY AFFORDABLE, CLEAN, QUITE. VISITING FROM PHILADELPHIA. I LOVE THIS PLACE I HAVE TO ADD ONE THING. PLEASE CONCIDER PUTTING A BEANCH AT THE EXITS, WHERE WE CAN SMOKE AND SIT DOWN. THANKS
Got tired during a long drive and luckily there was availability. The front desk person Shanteal was so sweet and helpful , also gave us recommendations on where to eat nearby. Housekeeping could’ve been a little better but overall was a good experience . Breakfast was good and hotel was clean
